Communicating with Customers...

Online shoppers are never pleased when enquiries made online take too long to be answered or are ignored completely.

Here are a few practical and cost effective tips that can be implemented to achieve a better communication relationship with your customers:

•Provide a contact telephone and email address, boldly displayed on your website.

•Provide a link for “suggestions” or “feedback” through which customers can click on to contact you directly

•Have an FAQ page on your website that already answers some of the most popular enquires that you have been asked about your business in the past.

•Send automated emails within a few hours (not more than 24hrs) of the customer making an order on your website. Notify them of receipt of their order(s) and additional information on delivery processes.

Streamlining business and communication processes with your customers will help keep them happy and make them return to your shop for repeat transactions.
